About

👋 Hey there! I'm Ryan — a passionate software engineer on a mission to solve real-world problems through code.

My journey into tech began in the summer of 2015, when I discovered the magic of building websites with just HTML and CSS. That spark quickly turned into a full-blown enthusiasm for programming — a creative outlet that let me build things from scratch and tackle problems head-on. That led me to pursue a B.S. in Computer Science from California State University, Northridge, which I received in 2022.

Since 2023, I've been working full-time at Northrop Grumman. In my first two years, I was building mission-critical software for the UH-60V Black Hawk helicopter, contributing to multiple areas within the cockpit system.

These days, I'm currently working in an Artificial Intelligence team at Northrop Grumman, where I've developed extensive experience in building scalable systems using Java and C++. I've also developed expertise in creating and maintaing CI/CD pipelines. It's incredibly rewarding knowing that the software I help produce will be used to have a large impact on the world!

When I'm off the clock, you'll probably find me exploring new tools and frameworks for my personal projects, sharpening my skills with programming challenges or just immersing myself in the latest tech trends.
